This Is Reading, a dynamic site-specific multimedia installation blending live performance and visual media, will occupy the historic Franklin Street Railroad Station in Downtown Reading, re-animating the long vacant building.  Using as it’s foundation the challenges, and triumphs of people living in and around Reading, Pa., This is Reading will weave their individual stories into one cohesive and celebratory compelling tale of the city.

The Manatawny Creek Ramblers have collected an enthusiastic group of followers by working steadily, performing at countless local festivals, private functions, and music venues throughout Pennsylvania and beyond."

Held at the Volunteer Firemen's Memorial Bandshell in Reading's City Park. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. with preshow entertainment provided by local arts organizations starting at 6:15 p.m. Refreshments from food trucks and local restaurants are available for purchase.

The 2017 series brings a diverse lineup of national and international artists to Reading to present unique musical styles to enjoy and explore music from around the world.

Join the Smokehouse at the Funk Dog Microbrewery & Taproom in Emmaus for our signature Smoked Panini, mini-pies and side salads.

Funk Dog: Microbrewery & Taproom has been brewing great beer out of Emmaus since February 2014. Their goal is to create unique and complex hop accentuated ales along with wonderfully creative farmhouse style beers. This summer they are hosting food trucks in Berks County and beyond to serve up their fare at the Taproom.
